Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of SVGMod and its browser-based tools, guides and related pages. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using SVGMod

SVGMod provides free utilities for processing SVG and image files locally in your browser. You may use the tools for personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use, modify and export them.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the tools to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Your files and output

You retain your rights to files you process and output you generate. SVGMod does not claim ownership of your artwork. Processing happens on your device; you are responsible for reviewing output before using it in production and for keeping your own backups.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep SVGMod useful and reliable, but the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tools, documentation and site features may change, be suspended or be discontinued without notice.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGMod disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that every SVG or image will be processed without errors or that output will meet every technical requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGMod and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the site.

Third-party services

The site may use hosting, analytics or advertising providers. Your interactions with those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For more information about the project, visit the About page.
